Will Japan Really Sinks?

Will Japan really sinks? That's a question that plays around in my head after I watched the film entitle "Sinking of Japan". Eventhough this is not a Hollywood-made film, but the graphics, sounds, lighting and all the film-making-stuffs really impressed me. Even the hypothesis it mentioned in the movie really caught my brain. (Still thinking about it while I was writing this.) It might be hard to believe that it can happen. Nothing is impossible in this world nowadays. I'll give you an example... People at one time, do not think that one's gender can be changed via medical surgery... but now, IT CAN BE DONE! (What a perfect example ay?) As a muslim myself, and as a person who believes in ALLAH and all of His creations... it can happen. Not just Japan, but anywhere else.

OKlah... the film was great. If you ask me... I'll give it 3.5 stars out of 5. As I mentioned earlier... all the film-making-stuffs really impressed me except for the plot of the story... The ideas was GREAT!!! The hypothesis about Japan was pulled towards the ocean bed due to the fallen structure of megalith... the bacteria that cause or act as a lube for the megalith... the massive volcanic eruptions... the tsunamis... the earthquakes... the idea that Japan's main island will split into 2 when Mount Fuji erupts... everything is simply GREAT. However, the film really lack of capturing the audience feelings! There are a few scenes where, i think, it suppose to make the audiences feel sad... but I just don't get that feeling..!! The scene where a lady who is the Minister of Crisis Management and Disaster Prevention delivered her speech towards the end of the film, is the perfect scene to outburst the tears of the audiences with her speech... but it wasn't there. I just hope they really nailed that scene! I could only blame one thing: Language Barrier.

Public Transport in Malaysia

Huuuaaahh... Feel like crying but that would be too sissy for me. My new semester is back and I've just register for my new term. Rasa macam pelik pulak. Al-maklumlah... dah lama sgt cuti. There are mixed feelings in me. Half of me is very excited and anxious to meet friends and looking forward to continue our design project... but... there's another part of me feeling lazy. Lazy from the fact that I have to wake up early in the morning and have that cold shower in my apartment. Huhu... (T_T) Nak tak nak... kene jugak lah ikut.

Today... me and a few of my friends will be headed to KL Sentral. The weird part is... we're all going by public transport (Rapid KL). How weird is that? We don't usually use public transport here in Malaysia due to its very trouble services. They are not efficient as in develop countries. The bus services should be available for every 15 minutes. (That's what the management said!) But it turns out to be every hour. Malaysia... or KL specifically, will never be as good as Singapore! Not until all the drivers' atitude or mentality change.

So why do we still use the public transport bus? It's simple. The toll rates increased by 30% - 60% and the gas price is quite expensive! These are 2 main factors. I just don't understand why? I totally get it if the petrol prices fluctuates... but toll rates? WHY...??? There's got to be some good explaination on this!!! Who's gonna answer? Pak Lah? I don't think so! It's gonna take ages for that to happened. If their main concern is to reduce the traffic on the road... they should have thought to increase the routes and services in public transport first!!!! How can they expect, the country's productivity to increase if the citizen would not be able to travel from one place to another with ease and on the right schedule! I strongly recommend that all politicians in this country should to at least try being a normal public citizen in disguise and experince it for yourselves how bad the situation is. Where is the Motto "Pemimpin Berjiwa Rakyat" ... or... "Don't work for me, Work with me"? They should have submerge or put themselves in our shoes and try to see the clear picture.

I would not be surprised if there will be a time went the public will act wrecklessly!

Happy New Year 2007..!!

I know it's kinda late to shout HAPPY NEW YEAR 2007..!! in here because I was devastated by the internet connection due to Taiwan's Earthquake late last year. I know it must be hard for the taiwanese and I should say my condelesces to them but... here in South-East Asia, the whole nations gone mad without the internet..!!! It is like a "virtualquake". Just imagine what will happen to those companies that run businesses or more specifically obtain their profit from internet trading. It is like a "KaBoooomm!!" to them. But.. when you come to think about it, you'll ask yourself which is more devastated? Earthquake... or... Virtualquake? You decide. As for me... people's life is more important. However... there are certain people who think "what's the point of living if you got no money?" If there are people like this kind of attitude, here's your answer: Go to hell!
